Client Responsibilities

As a user of our video security and monitoring solutions, you agree to:

  1. Ensure all installed equipment remains in good working condition

  2. Provide accurate contact information for emergency verification

  3. Maintain safe and lawful property conditions for camera installations

  4. Notify us immediately of any system malfunctions or unauthorized access

You acknowledge that proper system functionality depends on:

  • Stable internet connection

  • Uninterrupted power supply

  • Unobstructed camera views

  • Virtual Guard 24 is not responsible for system failures caused by environmental or customer-controlled conditions.

Monitoring Services

Our Command and Control Center provides 24/7 remote video monitoring and security verification.

By using our monitoring services, you authorize Virtual Guard 24 to:

  • Review live and recorded footage for verification

  • Communicate with individuals through speaker systems (where applicable)

  • Contact law enforcement when potential threats are detected

  • Document and store relevant monitoring data

We do not guarantee prevention of all crime or incidents; monitoring reduces risk but cannot eliminate it.

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide uninterrupted security monitoring, certain factors beyond our control may affect performance, including:

  • Internet outages

  • Power failures

  • Weather conditions

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Equipment damage

Virtual Guard 24 is not liable for losses resulting from these external factors.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is owned by Virtual Guard 24 and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

Payments & Billing

For subscription-based monitoring services:

  • Billing terms are provided in your service agreement

Warranties & Disclaimers
